Base pay range

We are looking for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, technology and commercial impact. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality-tech company that's reshaping how independent accommodation providers connect with the global travel ecosystem.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established SaaS platform used by thousands of independent hotels, guesthouses and vacation rentals across Europe and North America. Their cloud-based solution empowers property owners to manage bookings, streamline operations and connect with major online travel platforms - all from one intuitive interface. The business is scaling rapidly and investing in cutting-edge technology to enhance both the customer and guest experience.

The Opportunity

As a Product Owner within the Connectivity team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers are seamlessly linked with platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia - keeping inventory and pricing synced in real-time. You’ll also lead initiatives to streamline how new clients are onboarded, ensuring they can access the platform with minimal friction.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially aware, technically astute Product Owner to shape a product that has a tangible impact on thousands of hospitality businesses globally. You’ll work cross-functionally across engineering, design, customer support and commercial teams and will see your work go live at pace in a high-impact environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead product discovery and delivery across key initiatives within the onboarding and connectivity space.
  • Define user stories and requirements with clarity and context for engineering teams.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Own the product backlog, prioritising based on business impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA through the full development lifecycle — from design to deployment and beyond.
  • Analyse performance data, conduct UAT, and track KPIs to measure success and iterate accordingly.
  • Run competitor benchmarking and industry research to inform future product direction.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years’ experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role, ideally within SaaS or data-intensive platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a passion for building great user experiences.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data structures, and/or UI mockup tools is a plus.
  • A self-starter who’s curious, analytical, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Why Apply?

  • Impact a product that’s mission-critical to thousands of small businesses in hospitality.
  • Join a collaborative, growth-driven company that values autonomy and innovation.
  • Hybrid working with regular opportunities for in-person collaboration at their London office.
  • Competitive salary and benefits including private healthcare, pension, generous annual leave, and structured development opportunities.

The Package

  • Fully remote working (onboarding might include some in-person requirements)
  • Great opportunity to own the full product life cycle
  • Autonomy and ownership
  • Additional benefits
