The Role

1. Define policy and process for the Communication related Apps.
2. Maintain Product Lifecycle strategy for hardware and software products related to Mobile devices, MS Teams, MS Intune, MTR, AV equipment, Session Border Controllers (SBC).
3. Testing new features and performing assessments for suitability in customer environments.
4. Application upgrade management, scoping of new versions, requests for packaging, communication, and rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create communication plans and frameworks for new product launches within productivity and collaboration.
2. Manage subscriptions for MS Teams and MS Intune.
3. Provide recommendations on product features, upgrades, architecture, and roadmaps for communication-related products and apps.
4. Handle product-related escalations and coordinate with Business and Vendors for resolution.
5. Liaise with third-party vendors like Microsoft, Vodafone, Apple, Poly to resolve product issues, subscription renewals, evaluations, and roadmap discussions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders including Business, Product Owners, Purchasing, Finance, and Vendors.
7. Perform operational service reviews for third-party vendors.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• In-depth and proven experience with MS Teams.
• In-depth and proven experience with MS Intune.
• Understanding of MTR devices and AV equipment.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Apple Mac, and Networking concepts.
• Proven experience in Project Management and collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver value to the business through right assessment and product recommendations.
