Reports to: Head of Global Product Management

At Lindy, our Product Management team is truly global. We work with colleagues across the world to ensure our product range meets the needs of our Customers today and tomorrow. Youll lead the introduction of new products and manage them through their lifecycle, using data, market research, and customer insight to guide decisions.

Youll build strong relationships both internally and externally, using your insight, initiative, and commercial mindset to deliver the right products to the right customers at the right time.

While supporting broader portfolio initiatives across the team, youll also take ownership of defined product groups.

This is a hands-on, commercially aware role for someone whos proactive, detail-focused, and energised by the challenge of turning research and ideas into real-world results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and lifecycle management of specific product ranges within our global portfolio.
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities in line with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Ensure new products meet all regulatory, legal, and quality requirements (e.g. UKCA, CE, RoHS, REACH).
  • Monitor product performance and profitability, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for cost savings or product enhancements.
  • Produce clear and accurate product documentation (specs, manuals, marketing briefs, etc.).
  • Deliver engaging product and technology training to internal teams and key customers.
  • Represent Lindy at global IT/AV trade shows and customer-facing events.
  • Maintain accurate product data across ERP, webshop, and PIM systems.
  • Support cross-functional teams with product-related insights and guidance.
  • Contribute to marketing, PR, and promotional materials as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Quick to grasp new technologies, trends, and customer behaviours.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 tools especially Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to collaborate, analyse, and present effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Calm under pressure, with a mature and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking confident with numbers, skilled at spotting patterns, and comfortable using data to back decisions.
  • Comfortable using market research and customer feedback to shape product direction.
  • Excellent communicatorclear, collaborative, and confident with people at all levels.
  • Commercially aware and focused on delivering real value.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in product management is great but not essential. If youre commercially aware, analytical, and keen to learn, well give you the tools and support to grow into the role.
  • Interest in or working knowledge of AV/IT hardware, software, and accessories.
