Product Manager

We're looking for a talented Product Manager (Visual Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and develop your store team to create an exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment. Your expertise in product handling and visual merchandising will help enhance the customer journey through outstanding visual displays and high-quality customer service. You will support the Store Leader in team development, maintaining operational standards, and achieving sales and KPI targets.

2. Maintain high visual standards, prioritizing the customer experience in all decisions.
3. Manage store operations, including service, team, and daily functions.

5. Utilize commercial tools to support store performance.
6. Assist the Store Leader in meeting KPIs such as sales, stock management, payroll, and customer feedback.
