Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for customer success and product excellence. Experience with product analytics and data-informed decision-making. Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL integrations. Extra Credit For Experience in fleet, automotive, or transportation software. Exposure to vertical SaaS or enterprise-scale products.
