Overview

Product Manager

Responsibilities
  • As a Product Manager you will be responsible for developing different requirements for our project, acting as the voice of the customers for user needs throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Reporting to the Product Director, you will collaborate with different departments inside the organization and use your technical expertise to help us grow.
  • Take ownership of the development of requirements for NPI/CPI projects under the guidance of the Product Director, maintaining accountability across all project gateway stages—from initiation through to product launch—while also quantifying post-launch performance.
  • Ensure continuous alignment with regional stakeholders, effectively communicate any changes or updates in a timely manner, and build trusted, effective relationships to gain stakeholder confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and R&D teams to deliver the optimal balance of cost, quality, and speed to market. Support the prioritization of the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, while ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving requirements and resolving changes early and appropriately.
  • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for user needs and working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and strong market adoption.
  • While not directly responsible for operations, maintain accountability from a product perspective by ensuring strong alignment with operational teams. Regularly communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership to maintain transparency and momentum.
Skills and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in hardware and software products (ideally both).
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise time to focus on the most important issues at the right time.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proactive problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or other relevant subject is a plus.
