Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr. Thuria Wenbar and Dr. Oskar Wenbar after realizing that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focus on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as Product Manager to drive the development of products that tackle healthcare’s toughest challenges—accessibility, sustainability, and scalability. Use your leadership and problem-solving skills to help us shape the future!

You will report directly to the CTO and be part of a team of 3 people.

As a Product Manager at Evaro, you will:
  • Define product goals and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities.
  • Work alongside engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to execute product development from concept to launch.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows that guide the development process.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and iterative improvements.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and progress across projects.
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate product success, drive continuous improvements, and inform future strategies.
About you:
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or healthtech environment.
  • A strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user research, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear product strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
