Job description

About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We're a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.

Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.

That passion shapes how we work, too. We're proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we've built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.

The Role

This role partners closely with Engineering to translate product strategy into actionable plans and successful delivery across multiple teams. It involves deep collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize projects, analyze trade-offs, and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog. Facilitates project kick-offs, ensures engineering documentation aligns with requirements, and monitors telemetry to inform recommendations. With strong organizational awareness, they track progress, identify blockers, and elevate issues as needed, while helping shape product strategy and maintaining trusted relationships across engineering leadership.

This role can be based in either our London, Bath or Manchester offices, but you'll have hybrid and flexible working options.

  • Collaborating with UX/UI teams to help build and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
To Be Successful, You'll Need
  • Previous proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why, and engage effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful decision making and product/feature launches.
  • Experience of designing and implementing a product management process and using that process to develop products/features from ideation to delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritise changing needs effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and deliver on time to a high standard.
  • A strong understanding of software development.
  • Good data analysis skills, gathering meaningful insights from service analytics and stakeholders.
