Role Overview:

The Discovery, Personalization & Promotions team is at the forefront of creating personalized experiences that delight over 100 million PlayStation gamers worldwide. We are responsible for driving the strategies, systems, and experiences behind pricing and personalized offerings across our Plus, Store, and Hardware verticals. With the increasing scale and complexity expected over the next few years, we are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead the integration and expansion of predictive models and machine learning into our pricing and personalization platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and delivery of innovative pricing and personalization features using machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Prioritize & lead operationalization of machine learning models into key use cases and monitor their performance to drive measurable business value, such as enhanced customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Work closely with machine learning, data science, engineering, marketing, and merchandising teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Define critical product metrics, perform data-driven analyses, and use insights to refine product strategies continuously.
  • Partner with collaborators across verticals to prioritize initiatives, balance trade-offs, and manage dependencies to ensure timely and successful feature delivery.
  • Develop a solid understanding of customer behavior to build personalized user experiences that increase engagement, happiness, and revenue.
  • Maintain a product backlog, drive prioritization, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Clearly communicate product vision, plans, and progress to internal collaborators and senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in areas involving personalization, machine learning, or product pricing.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to inform trade-offs, manage products, and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Dedicated, proactive, and comfortable navigating sophisticated challenges with creativity and persistence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background or practical experience in machine learning, data science, or predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience working on personalization products or pricing strategies in a consumer-facing digital environment.
