Job description

We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That’s why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too. Since 2010, Pipedrive has been on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy-to-use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier. Today, our cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. We have grown from a five-person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people, representing more than 50 nationalities, with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US. In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.

We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Ecosystem team. You will be instrumental in creating a top-tier integrated partner ecosystem that helps to solve our customers' needs beyond our core product. You will be responsible for product developments around helping to build a self-serve Marketplace of high-quality apps for our customers and partners (vendors, developers, resellers).

If you’re someone who has high empathy for users, is tech savvy, good with collaborating with others, loves data-driven decision-making, and is eager to learn about customer needs to build the best scalable and innovative solutions for our customers, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:
  • Learn our product’s vision and strategy to understand our focus and ideal future state
  • Empathize with and advocate for our customers
  • Lead the way to identify top customer pains and the journey to resolve them
  • Work in a cross-functional team with product designers and engineers to deliver the best solutions for our customers in collaboration with marketplace integration managers, data analysts, researchers, marketing and customer-facing teams
  • Build alignment across teams and stakeholders by crafting comprehensible problem statements and a clear roadmap for your area
  • Experiment, innovate and seek new ways to bring us closer to our goals
  • Identifying and managing product risks such as technical dependencies, resource constraints, and market shifts, and work with the team to mitigate these risks
  • Get to know, work with and learn from the best talents in the industry
Does this sound like you?
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management
  • Previous experience as developer, project or product manager with delivering 3rd party integrations or marketplaces of different apps/services
  • Thrives on challenge, constantly seeking opportunities to push boundaries, disrupt conventions, and deliver exceptional results
  • Strong inclination towards experimentation and innovation, leveraging lean principles to test hypotheses and iterate rapidly
  • Experience with generative research (including interviews and data analysis) to discover new insights about existing customer needs, product usage and market trends in the area of ownership
  • The ability to work with bigger problem spaces and break them down into smaller well-defined problems and actionable steps
  • The ability to set reasonable, relevant and measurable goals
  • Proven experience with effectively aligning and managing a roadmap, limiting the dependencies with other teams
  • Great communication skills for effective collaboration, including active listening and providing relevant feedback
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Amplitude is a plus
Why Pipedrive?
  • People-first culture - Be part of a team that values authenticity, champions collaboration, and supports each other—no egos, just teamwork. Work alongside top talent from around the world in an inclusive space where different perspectives fuel our best ideas. Everyone is welcome
  • Unlock potential – Push boundaries, take ownership, and experiment with the latest technologies as we enhance our AI First Vision. We empower bold ideas that drive real change
  • We’ve got you – Your well-being matters. Enjoy flexible hours, wellness perks and SWAG. Think performance-based bonuses, 28 paid leave days, well-being days, compassionate leave, and even pawternal leave—because we take care of ourselves and our people
