Job description

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the regional productization of Ascend Sandbox and guide innovation across our data and analytics portfolio in EMAP. Ascend Sandbox is the main enabler for all our data and analytics products across our markets and therefore is main to the growth of the region. You will report to the Head of Data, Scores & Attributes Products and works with senior leadership across multiple markets.

What you'll do:

  • Build the regional product strategy for Ascend Sandbox.
  • Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with analytics and tech teams.
  • Deployment and launch of analytics software products and scores & attributes in the markets.
  • Guide PnL outcomes taking accountability for top line growth (Revenue) and bottom line (EBIT).
  • Build go-to-market plans and allow sales through documentation and tools.
  • Develop business cases, investment plans, and market-specific use cases.
  • Establish governance and service models aligned with regulatory and market needs.
  • Create an innovation process to foster cross-market collaboration.
  • Report to EMAP leadership on progress, risks, and performance.
  • Track pipeline creation and align with market priorities.

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years in product management (data science, analytics, software, or lending products).
  • Commercial knowledge with P&L ownership and business case development.
  • Win with data strategies – have used data assets to create innovation and growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across geographies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, product lifecycle management, and program delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
  • Integrate data, software, and scoring into market-ready solutions.
  • Collaboration and leadership across diverse, multinational teams.
