Description

You will be part of the technology team, delivering bespoke systems that provide CFC with a competitive edge in a fast-paced marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will identify and solve business problems by translating strategic and customer needs into product solutions. Your focus will be on initiatives that improve efficiency, user experience, and support growth and profitability.

You will manage a defined product, prioritising the backlog in line with the product vision and roadmap. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and balance priorities. You will aim to deliver value through data-informed decisions and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include defining features and epics, breaking them down into user stories, supporting customer-centric design, and participating in agile ceremonies to ensure continuous improvement.

About the role

You will lead stakeholder sessions to elicit and prioritise requirements, understanding business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. Your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing and documenting to inform product decisions, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Explaining the rationale behind features, focusing on business value and strategic alignment.
  • Refining and prioritising epics, features, and stories, ensuring they are well-defined and testable.
  • Maintaining a healthy backlog and participating in agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in product management within dynamic environments, preferably in insurance or fintech. You should value iterative delivery, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration, and be comfortable challenging traditional approaches. You should be capable of navigating both strategic and operational problem spaces to define effective business solutions.
