Qualifications

  • At least 2 years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager.
  • Ability to learn multiple functional areas such as engineering, design, finance, sales & marketing.

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for our Jobseeker Platform (B2C). You'll collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Directors, Product Designers, Researchers, and Software Engineers to make an impact within our core web product experience.

You will be part of a team that has a ‘user first’ approach and consequently the Product organisation has a high degree of customer obsession with a discovery led approach for building better products.

Your responsibilities:
  • Product vision: Drive the vision of your products and understand how it is embedded in the overall product and corporate strategy.
  • Ownership: Own the prioritisation of your backlog, discover strategic opportunities, and enable your team by providing product roadmaps and delivering consistently with a 'can do' attitude within a high alignment and high autonomy context.
  • Stakeholder management: This role requires influencing teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and key executives through data and thoughtful communication.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication and updates about the status of development and initiatives to partners and main stakeholders, ensuring transparency and celebrating achievements.
Qualifications
Your skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
  • Experience in incubating, building, and scaling high-traffic products.
  • At least 2 years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager.
  • Ability to learn multiple functional areas such as engineering, design, finance, sales & marketing.
