About the role:

We’re hiring aProduct Managerto lead the development of internal tools and supply chain optimisation across our global manufacturing network. This is a hands-on product role focused on building smart systems, automating workflows, and shipping impactful tools.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work with cross-functional teams across the UK, India, and China.

Main responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the strategy forsupply chain tooling and optimisationacross our global supplier network
  • Identify inefficiencies in order flow, supplier performance, and fulfilment, and turn them intoscalable solutions
  • Build, test, and improve internal toolsusing off-the-shelf platforms or by working closely with developers
  • Collaboratewith Operations, Quality, and Data teams to improve supplier scoring, forecasting, and reliability
  • Translate business goalsinto product specs, workflows, and prioritised backlogs
  • Lead discovery and experimentation forautomationopportunities in procurement, onboarding, and quality control
  • Track and improve KPIs including On Time Delivery, Non Conformance Rate, and throughput
  • Ensure solutions are adopted anddeliver measurable business outcomes
Experience Required:
  • 4+ years as a Product Manageror in a product-focused role in a tech-enabled environment
  • Understanding ofsupply chain, logistics,or manufacturing workflows
  • Provenexperience building internal toolsor automating processes
  • Strong familiarity with no-code tools likeZapier, Make, Airtable,or similar
  • Comfortableworking with engineers and data scientiststo deliver product outcomes
  • Analyticaland impact-driven with strong prioritisation skills
Desired experience:
  • SQLor experience with no-code or low-code platforms
  • Background inplatform businesses, marketplaces, or supply chain tech
