About CreativeX

CreativeX is B2B SaaS technology platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. Our technology powers creative decision-making at some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, Heineken, and more.

We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at industrial scale. This creates a new, unique and powerful first party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.

That’s because multiple studies have shown that the “Creative” itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables.

This is the problem CreativeX is focussed on solving. We’re an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyse content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analysed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift.

Our objective is to help marketing organisations power every creative decision with data.

About the role

Over the last decade, CreativeX has helped the world’s largest and most sophisticated brands elevate the impact of their creative by embedding data into every creative decision. Our products are used in over 130 countries by tens of thousands of marketers at Fortune 500 brands to bring creative excellence to life at scale. We've launched industry-first technologies, developed category-defining standards, and built one of the most trusted platforms in our space.

Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to take full ownership of a product area, work closely with a cross-functional team, and build what’s next for CreativeX, shaping the future of creative data. You’ll be operating in a high-trust, high-expectation environment: expected to think boldly, act decisively, and lead through influence. You’ll help shape the next chapter of our product as we scale from $25M to $50M+ in revenue and evolve from being first in the creative data space to becoming the best.

This is a highly cross-functional role, and you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional pod with leaders across engineering, revenue, operations, and design.

What you’ll do:

  • Own an entire product area from strategy through execution: shaping the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring real customer impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise customers: how they work, what they value, and where our product can drive value.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized opportunities
  • Partner with engineering and design to scope MVPs, launch iteratively, and learn fast, while staying committed to quality and vision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client success, sales, and marketing to ensure product-market fit, internal alignment, and strong go-to-market execution.
  • Define and track success metrics that matter: outcomes over outputs, impact over volume.
  • Operate like an owner: raise the bar, ask the hard questions, make the tough calls, and push your pod to deliver what matters most

Who you are:

  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity and complexity. You bring structure to the unstructured and are energized by big problems.
  • Someone who thinks in systems and plays the long game while still knowing that momentum matters and there’s nothing better than real user feedback
  • A product thinker with a bias for action: you care deeply about users, and you back that up with thoughtful execution and strong product judgment.
  • A PM who thinks like a GM: able to bring clarity in ambiguity, align teams around a shared goal, and stay relentlessly focused on outcomes over details.
  • A storyteller who uses data and narrative to bring people along and make difficult trade-off decisions.
  • Someone who’s seen this movie before: you’ve driven a product through a step change transformation, whether 0→1 or taken an existing product to a new level of scale, adoption, or impact.
  • A self-starter who’s hungry to grow, coachable but independent, and ready to take full responsibility for your outcomes.

What we Offer:

Fully paid medical, dental, and vision (US) and Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan (UK)

Education budget to be used for individual learning experiences or grouped with your team for joint learning

Annual subscription to Calm and Headspace for your mental wellbeing

Monthly coaching to talk to a trained professional about career goals, relationships, and personal development

Competitive salary and commission plan including stock options, as we believe that everyone should have a stake in the business

4-month full pay parenting leave for all employees who have been with the company for one (1) year

???? Employee contributions to a 401(k) once they have completed their eligibility period
