The successful candidate will lead the development and lifecycle management of our storage solutions, balancing technical requirements with market needs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our products remain competitive and aligned with customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute product roadmaps for BIWIN's storage solutions
2. Identify market opportunities and develop business cases for new product development
3. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
4. Stay abreast of storage technology trends and evolving customer requirements
5. Product Development: Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product specifications
6. Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new products
7. Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage existing product performance, making recommendations for improvements or EOL decisions
8. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches
10. Provide product training and sales enablement support to internal teams
11. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure product success and create regular performance reports

Qualifications:
