Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing Product team. The Product Manager will play a key role as we redesign existing products to ensure they are still the best on the market.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner, translating customer needs into epics, user stories and bugs and ensuring developments meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritised correctly
  • Help define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine and adjust the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to contribute to our culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Run Focus Groups with our userbase to ensure we understand our user's requirements and pain points and develop solutions that address these requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in product management
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Good communicator
