Job description

Role: Product Manager (Contract)

IR35: Outside

Day Rate: Competitive (DOE)

Location: Leeds Area (Hybrid 2-3 Days/Week)

Start Date: Immediate

Join a rapidly scaling digital company that's transforming how the UK accesses lifestyle services.

Off the back of significant growth, they're unifying brands, tech, and customer experience into a single eCommerce platform, delivering a plethora of services through one account, one dashboard, and one scalable digital ecosystem.

Required is a Product Manager to help mobilise, mature, and embed product management across the organisation.

You'll help move from siloed thinking to cross-business capabilities that can scale. Expect to work on customer experience, payments, security, platform improvements, and new digital features, all on a single eCommerce stack.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Help establish and embed product management best practices in a fast-scaling environment
  • Lead the creation of product roadmaps aligned with divisional goals across services
  • Work across squads with developers, designers, and product owners to deliver value quickly
  • Collaborate with SMEs to shape, translate, and prioritise requirements
  • Support the shift from short-term trade plans to longer-term, strategic product thinking (12-18 months+)
  • Drive reusable product capabilities across business units, not just within verticals
  • Input into the 6-month delivery plan and help shape what comes next

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital/eCommerce business
  • Strong delivery mindset with the ability to mobilise and mature product ways of working
  • Comfortable in cross-functional environments and working across multiple brands, business units, or services
  • Experience translating commercial, operational, and user requirements into clear product direction
  • A quick learner who can absorb domain knowledge fast
  • Ability to work closely with platform teams on areas like payments, CRM, and account security
  • Familiarity with omnichannel or pure-play eCommerce environments
