This isn’t just another PM role. You’ll take ownership of one of our most impactful challenges: revitalising and re-aligning our business critical systems team, turning underperforming platforms into business enablers that scale with our strategic ambition.

About You

You bring:

  • High Performing experience: You've built and led product teams to achieve success - aligning cross-functional efforts, re-energising teams, and refocusing on value.
  • Systems expertise: You understand backend architectures, payment platforms, CRMs, and have ideally worked with Salesforce integrations.
  • High agency and clarity: You operate autonomously, lift pace without creating chaos, and simplify the complex for others.
  • Curiosity and bias for action: You learn fast, test ideas quickly, and value outcomes over outputs.
  • Strong commercial instincts: You make data-informed decisions and navigate stakeholder needs to drive impact.
  • Leadership through influence: You build trust, energise teams, and create momentum across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Opportunity

You'll lead product management for our critical systems, with a mission to evolve them to be:

  • Scalable, reliable platforms that empower our growth into a globally impactful business.
  • Seamlessly integrated with our customer-facing tools and processes.
  • Enable our commercial success through close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
  • Designed with a deep understanding of customer needs, both internal and external.

You will:

  • Re-shape and re-focus the critical systems team, lifting quality and urgency.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for business critical platforms that align with company-wide strategic bets.
  • Drive delivery across the full product lifecycle - from deep problem discovery through to execution, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across functions, from Finance and Culture to Customer Success and Engineering, ensuring systems are truly enabling the business.
  • Define and measure success using clear OKRs and business impact metrics, not just technical outputs.
  • Champion automation and AI adoption to improve team productivity and user experiences.
