You will drive the commercial performance of your product portfolio, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept and introduction through end-of-life. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Global Product Management, and Marketing teams across regions to convert opportunities into revenue and deliver compelling, consumer-focused product propositions.

How you’ll do it

  • Commercial Leadership: Own the product category P&L including pricing, promotions, and profitability strategies. Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from market opportunity identification and NPI (New Product Introduction) through to end-of-life (EOL). Optimise the product portfolio based on performance, market trends, and strategic priorities.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmaps: Define and execute category-specific product, channel, and go-to-market strategies. Maintain a regional product roadmap that reflects market needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyse market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams and senior leadership.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches across EMEA, ensuring timely market readiness. Deliver best-in-class sales tools, training content, and product collateral in partnership with Channel Marketing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between EMEA and the Global Product Management team. Present regional updates and insights during regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure availability, optimal inventory levels, and localised marketing execution.
  • Process Optimisation: Support the Senior Product Manager / Head of Product Management in implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and commercial outcomes.

What you’ll need

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with a track record of delivering category growth.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
  • Experience presenting to retail customers and internal senior leadership.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
