Job summary

Tiro Partners Limited is working with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business to recruit a Product Manager for an Equipment product. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, and engage customers to move from discovery to delivery.

Bring strong product instincts, customer empathy, and a passion for AI-native product development. Hybrid role with 2 days in the office and equity on offer.

Qualifications

• Excellent product instincts and customer empathy.
• Comfortable working closely with Engineering.
• Commercially minded and highly execution-focused.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and AI-native product development.
• Experience using AI tools in your own workflow.
• Experience in Construction, Equipment or Time & Attendance software would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

I’m working with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business that already has 400+ companies using its platform — and they’re now building out a major new product area.

They’re looking for a Product Manager to own their new Equipment product, working directly with the CPO, Engineering and customers to take the product from discovery through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, autonomy and the chance to shape a product from the ground up.
