Job description

As a Product Manager in our Care Management team, you’ll shape features that improve care outcomes for thousands of people every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complexity, loves turning user insight into scalable solutions, and wants their work to have genuine impact.

What You’ll Do
  1. Own and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals
  2. Lead discovery using user research, data insights, and frontline care feedback
  3. Translate complex care needs and regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions
  4. Prioritise and manage the product backlog to balance speed, compliance, and user value
  5. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, on time
  6. Coordinate go-to-market rollouts, training, and internal readiness activities
  7. Monitor product performance and iterate based on real-world impact
What You’ll Bring
  1. Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors
  2. Demonstrable success delivering products end-to-end, from discovery to release
  3. Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and experience working with cross-functional teams
  4. Excellent communication skills and a user-centred, data-informed mindset
  5. Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  6. Bonus: experience in health or social care, or building products for care professionals

  1. A base salary of up to £60,000 and bonus depending on experience
