Our client is now recruiting a Product Manager for the UK region to join their team, where you can make a real difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the product lifecycle for new and existing products
  2. Drive the creation and execution of business and marketing plans to ensure financial objectives are met
  3. Manage product launches and ongoing development
  4. Develop sales channels and support market access to maintain market leadership
  5. Collaborate with international teams and cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and inventory teams, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  6. Provide technical product support, including in surgical theatres, with significant customer-facing responsibilities to uphold standards in specialised fields; work with key accounts and surgeons to drive market share and develop customer relationships and KOL networks
  7. Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions
  8. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards
Experience:
  • Proven experience in product management within the medical device industry
  • Proven experience in complex arthroplasty
  • Proven sales experience in the surgical orthopaedic sector
  • Deep understanding of challenges faced in the NHS and a track record of adapting to changing external environments
  • Evidence of a high work ethic and collaborative approach
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
