Job description

Product Manager | AI Product Manager - Ideally Spanish Speaking (Not Essential)

Our client is a private equity backed B2B SaaS platform that operates across several international markets. It's profitable and still buying businesses, and its customers depend on it to check the data sent in by the companies they work with.

The problem to solve

Large volumes of documents arrive on the platform every day, and people still review most of them by hand against a set of rules. The company has already put a team of data scientists and engineers on the problem and shipped its first AI tools. What it doesn't have yet is a product leader who decides where that work goes next, and who can show in hours saved and errors avoided that it's paying off.

What you will be doing
  • Spend your first months with the UK review teams, learning where the current tools help and where they slow people down, and fixing the slow parts first.
  • Set the measures that matter, meaning how much work is automated, how accurate it is and how quickly cases close, and report them to the leadership team.
  • Decide what to build, what to buy and what to stop, with a dedicated engineering lead and product owner turning those decisions into delivery.
  • Take what works in the UK and shape it into one product that teams in other countries want to adopt.
Your background
  • You have spent six or more years in product, and at least one product you owned used AI or automation to replace manual review.
  • Your users did operational work as reviewers, analysts or case handlers, and you can name the numbers you moved for them.
  • You're comfortable discussing LLM behaviour, APIs and integrations with engineers without needing to write the code.
  • You've worked across more than one country or business unit and know how to win support from teams that don't report to you.
  • Not essential, but advantageous to speak Spanish and English.

If you've come from identity verification, insurance claims, lending, background screening or document processing software, you'll recognise this problem straight away. Sector experience matters far less than having made manual review faster without making it worse.

The role is based in the UK with remote working and you will work closely with product and engineering colleagues in Europe, mainly Spain from the get go.
