What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership and drive profitable growth through the pro-active management and enhancement of the critical STANLEY Power Tool Drilling, Fastening and Combo Kit portfolios.
  • Drive and manage EMEA ANZ sales for the Business Unit, including core SKUs and NPIs, with monthly reporting and gap analysis.
  • Oversee the NPI Phase Gate Process to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective product launches.
  • Coordinate the rollout of updated Combo Kits through 2026 and manage full product lifecycle, including phase-in and phase-out processes.
  • Develop and communicate commercialisation plans, new product launches, SKU deletions, and promotions with PCM, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Identify market gaps, support pricing and product strategy, and ensure timely distribution of samples and launch materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage STANLEY Drilling, Fastening, and Combo Kits, coordinating with EMEA ANZ and global teams for effective product launches and commercialisation.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, aligning NPIs with brand and channel strategies.
  • Conduct end-user research, become the European expert for assigned categories, and develop training modules with the Training team.
  • Work with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to set pricing and strategy, and establish strong supply chain relationships.
  • Ensure regional awareness of product roadmaps, represent the BU at customer reviews, and support NPI launches with the Brand Team.

  • Solid academic background, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business, Product, Engineering, or Finance.
