Job description

Job Opportunity. Position: Product Manager at Hospitaliti.

About Us

Hospitaliti is an AI-powered hiring platform built for the hospitality industry — helping hotels, restaurants, and staffing groups hire faster, fairer, and more efficiently, from sourcing candidates across 600 million+ profiles to autonomous AI interviews that give every applicant a consistent experience.

In March this year, Hospitaliti acquired a leading Barcelona-based hospitality tech player, bringing cutting‑edge AI hiring technology combined with a community of over one million hospitality professionals and thousands of employer partners across Europe.

We are now building the next generation of our combined platform, and we want the right person to help shape it.

The Role

We are looking for a product‑mindful, user‑obsessed Product Manager — someone with commercial instinct and a drive to shape the future of hospitality recruitment. This role is ideal for a customer success or UX specialist ready to step into product management and take on a new level of ownership.

You will be at the heart of Hospitaliti's transformation, working directly with our CEO and CTO to build our AI‑first recruitment platform from our home in Barcelona. Your primary focus will be leading rapid, iterative discovery — moving from idea to prototype to user feedback in days, not weeks. This is a rare opportunity to define the roadmap and help us become the indispensable hiring platform for the hospitality industry.

Key Skills & Experience
  • A founder's mindset: demonstrate unwavering ownership, a relentless drive to move your product forward, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • AI‑first thinking: passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity and create innovative user experiences; experience or strong desire to master AI‑assisted rapid prototyping tools like Lovable and Bolt.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and critical thinking: ask why repeatedly and challenge assumptions.
  • Bias for action and rapid iteration: thrive in a fast‑paced environment and move from idea to a working, testable prototype within 24 hours.
  • Experience in or a very strong interest in a product management role; particularly candidates from customer success backgrounds who have spent their careers in daily contact with customers.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, UX/UI design, User Research, software development, or Customer Success, with a track record of being genuinely close to real user problems and shaping how they are solved. Experience in digital marketplaces is a distinct advantage.
  • Comfort with data: use data to ask better questions and make sharper decisions; willingness to work with analytics tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Strategy
  • Lead User & Problem Discovery: become the undisputed expert on our users, spending the majority of time talking to customers, conducting research, and digging through data to deeply understand their real needs and behaviors.
  • Define Product Strategy: define and evangelise the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our company strategy to become the indispensable AI hiring platform for the hospitality industry.
  • Drive Rapid Prototyping & Validation: lead the product discovery process with a bias for action, using AI tools to rapidly build working, testable prototypes and put them in front of real users fast. Discovery cycles measured in days, not months.
Product Delivery & Execution
  • Empower the Engineering Team: partner closely with the Technical team as key stakeholder, translate user needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.
  • Ensure Decisive Execution: work with technical partners to make pragmatic trade‑offs, unblock the team swiftly, and ensure a continuous flow of high‑quality delivery.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with Design: work closely with the UX/Design team to translate deep user insights into world‑class design solutions and mentor the wider team on UX principles.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Go‑to‑Market: partner with our Sales and Product Marketing teams to gather market insights, orchestrate high‑impact feature launches, and ensure the entire organisation is ready and aligned.
  • Build a High‑Performance Culture: help build a culture of trust and psychological safety, where speed, innovation, and direct feedback thrive.
Core Competencies
  1. B2B Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
  2. Data‑Driven Decision Making & Analytics
  3. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  4. AI/ML Product Development & Understanding
  5. User Research & Discovery
  6. Marketplace & Multi‑Sided Platform Dynamics
  7. Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation in Product Design
  8. Hospitality Industry Knowledge or Niche Market Expertise
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Flexible working arrangements and hybrid model.
  • Paid annual leave (25+ days).
  • Parental leave.
  • Inclusive, mission‑driven culture.
