As a Product Manager, you will be in a customer‑facing role and will play a pivotal part in delivering innovative data‑driven solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice on product capabilities and solutions.
• Create product roadmaps, documentation, and release notes.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery.
• Liaise with third parties to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new offerings.
• Gather and interpret client requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
• Maintain and prioritise product backlogs, approving content for each release cycle.
• Develop and execute clear communication plans for product releases.

About you:

• You’ll be an experienced Product Manager, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
• Experience with digital transformation projects would be desirable.
• You have a good understanding of the UK energy or healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for documentation and requirement tracking.
• You will be able to bring technical understanding, commercial acumen, and people skills.
• You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience preparing tenders or supporting business retention initiatives.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
