Job summary

As the UKs largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, our Digital team at InHealth continues to grow, to support our expanding range of services. Our Digital team is second to none, and InHealth is proud to be a great place to work. As a Product Manager, within our Digital team, you will be expected to manage multiple products or a single product that is especially complex, high risk or sensitive. You will be responsible for setting strategy to define the long-term vision and goals for a product, as well as the roadmap for how to achieve them. Understanding the needs of the market, the competitive landscape, and the company's overall objectives. Are you a data driven Product Manager, with previous experience in a healthcare setting? If so, we would like to hear from you! This is a hybrid role, and we are happy for you to be based anywhere in the country, however there would be an expectation to work out of your nearest InHealth office (on an agreed pattern) and attend meetings in our High Wycombe office where necessary.

Main duties of the job
  • Define the product vision, identifying goals and product value to the consumer.
  • Work and communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, continually informing and updating on progress.
  • Complete a full market analysis for the product, identifying target consumers and market trends.
  • Lead the development and launch of new features and manage the product lifecycle, including testing, release, and support.
  • Manage the release process and the cross-functional dependencies all the activities required to bring new products, features, and functionality.
  • Track product performance and metrics.

About you
  • 2+ years of product management experience with a good understanding of the product management process and methodologies.
  • A proven track record of building or supporting in the build of exceptional products, within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and the latest trends and technologies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
