Job summary

Nugi Tech, located in Ealing, England, is looking for a Product Manager to define and maintain product vision and strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Monitor product performance and define KPIs for success measurement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch and iteration.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years’ experience in product management, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled product features, automation workflows, and data-driven product decision‑making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Exposure to API‑driven products, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.
