The Merchant Reporting Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering Boku’s reporting and data visibility solutions for global merchant partners. This role ensures merchants have timely, accurate, and actionable insights into their transaction, settlement, and performance data, driving transparency and trust in Boku’s payments network. Working closely with Data Engineering, Finance, Merchant Operations, and Commercial teams, the Product Manager will own the roadmap for merchant-facing reports, APIs, and dashboards — focusing on scalability, automation, and data integrity. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership skills with a deep understanding of payments data flows and reporting requirements in high-volume transactional environments.
