The Role

The Role is a Product Manager (PM) who can take full ownership of their product area balancing vision, execution, and day-to-day operations. You\'ll be accountable for the roadmap from conception through launch and growth, working cross-functionally and acting as the go-to person for your product. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you\'ll shape product direction, partner with engineering and design, and collaborate with business teams to deliver experiences that customers love and that drive measurable impact.

What you'll do
  • Own the full product lifecycle: customer insights, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, iteration, and growth
  • Define and monitor key metrics such as adoption, retention, satisfaction, and ROI
  • Set clear goals, success measures, and roadmaps that align with company objectives
  • Partner with Design and Research to define customer journeys and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure effective and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Support to bring products to market successfully
  • Conduct market and data analysis to guide prioritisation and maximise impact
  • Champion product best practices (agile, OKRs, continuous delivery) and contribute to a strong product culture
  • Coordinate with other PMs to ensure products work together as a cohesive ecosystem
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment
  • 3+ years leading B2C mobile digital products in a regulated industry (e.g. Fintech)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to guide ROI-based decisions
  • Experience building and scaling products from zero to launch and beyond
