Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.

What exactly will you be doing?

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of products and services within a specialist portfolio, with an initial focus on our charitable product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and target audiences to deliver innovative solutions that align with AAT’s vision and strategy. This role involves shaping product strategies, developing proposals and ensuring market relevance through insights and feedback. You will oversee financial performance, support sales and marketing efforts and drive engagement and growth for the portfolio, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The role sits within the Commercial and Charity team, and while your initial focus will be on the charitable product portfolio, we value flexibility to adapt to future organisational priorities.

Major objectives

Your major objectives will include:

  • Develop and deliver product strategies to maximise value for AAT’s audiences.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring relevance and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Monitor financial and non-financial performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Use customer feedback and market insights to drive innovation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams across AAT to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Ensure all products and services comply with regulatory standards and organisational goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, product development and strategy implementation, ideally with exposure to educational or charitable products or services.
  • Excellent project management skills, including briefing and scheduling.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven financial and budget management expertise.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
