A leading renewable energy supplier in London is seeking a Product Manager to join the Onboarding team. You'll work alongside diverse stakeholders to enhance high-traffic customer journeys related to switching services. This role emphasizes customer care, strong problem-solving ability, and effective communication with technical teams. We are looking for a Product Manager to join OE Tech and support our Onboarding team.
The Onboarding team is a small team of front-end and back-end developers working on some of Octopus Energy GB’s highest traffic journeys: the switch journeys for domestic and business properties for customers who want to switch to Octopus Energy, and the change of tenancy journey for customers who are moving into a property supplied by Octopus Energy.
