We are looking for a Product Manager to join OE Tech and support our Onboarding team.

The Onboarding team is a small team of front-end and back-end developers working on some of Octopus Energy GB’s highest traffic journeys: the switch journeys for domestic and business properties for customers who want to switch to Octopus Energy, and the change of tenancy journey for customers who are moving into a property supplied by Octopus Energy.

What you\'ll be doing...
  • Work alongside stakeholders in different areas of the business and align on priorities across multiple teams/domains
  • Work alongside stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new feature work or enhancements.
  • Define the technical requirements for dependencies on other teams and clearly communicate the priority of these requests to external teams
  • Develop, test and release features with scalability in mind to ensure seamless launches for high traffic journeys
  • Work alongside Operations to test changes to and debug issues with journeys.
  • Regular touchpoints with Marketing to identify trends, issues or improvements across funnels.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams including Marketing, Ops, Credit and Design to reach a common understanding.
