Overview

The Commercial Product Manager will be a key player in shaping the strategy, planning, execution, marketing, and ongoing enhancement of our diverse product and service offerings. You will take charge of guiding our propositions from their initial concept through to launch, commercialisation and eventually end of life. This role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, is crucial in actualising our product propositions, ensuring that the needs and insights of our customers are at the forefront of every decision.

As an advocate for customer-centricity, you will work collaboratively across various teams, including Sales, Operations, Service, and our International Product division, to ensure that product development and propositions address market needs, align with commercial goals, and leverage operational capabilities. This dynamic position is part of a new Marketing team and will require travel within the UK for project delivery and occasional trips to Europe.
