Responsabilités

• Own and deliver priority initiatives across the UKI Identity portfolio.
• Turn objectives into requirements, priorities and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Technology, Architecture, Data, UX and other teams to move initiatives from definition through development, release and adoption.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Make pragmatic product decisions and trade-offs to maintain momentum while protecting customer and business outcomes.
• Look beyond the immediate scope to identify gaps, dependencies or requirements that could affect the success of an initiative.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and ensure teams remain focused on solving the right customer and business problems.
• Collaborate closely with Identity subject matter experts to inform product decisions, navigate complex requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Work with customer-facing and operational teams to ensure products are ready for successful launch and adoption.
• Communicate progress, decisions and risks clearly, influencing Senior stakeholders when needed.
• Bring structure, pace and strong product leadership to a complex, matrix environment.

Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Identity team and help accelerate the delivery of priority initiatives across our identity portfolio.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring you to take ownership of established initiatives and drive them through execution. You will work across Product, Technology, Data and customer-facing teams to turn agreed objectives into successful outcomes.

Candidates must have relevant experience within identity verification, digital identity or regulated products, alongside an understanding of identity validation and digital identity.

Essential Skills & experience

• To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
• Significant Product Management experience, ideally across complex technology, data or platform products.
• Relevant experience within identity verification, digital identity or regulated products.
• An understanding of identity validation and digital identity.
• A strong track record of taking complex product initiatives through execution and successful delivery.
• A confident self-starter who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong product judgement with the ability to see beyond the immediate scope and identify what may be missing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile product environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and complex dependencies.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to balance customer, commercial, technical and regulatory considerations.
