J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to enhance and optimize product delivery within the Workflow Automation Product team. This role focuses on leading end-to-end processes, managing dependencies, and improving efficiencies to deliver solutions that enhance customer experiences. Candidates should have a strong background in operational management, product delivery, and familiarity with automation tools.

All Lines of Business and Corporate Functions have embraced popular products like UiPath and Pega to automate manual processes. The firm established the Intelligent Solutions Technology Product Line to manage and enable these vendor low code tools in a consistent and secure manner across the firm.
The Product Line is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to support the Workflow Automation Product team helping to shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. The Product Delivery Manager will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers across the firm. As part of a Product Team at the forefront of innovation, you will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies and liaise with stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
