Job summary

PentenAmio invites applicants for a Product Management Graduate scheme starting September 2027. This two-year program offers rotations across Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, Business Development, Managed Services, Customer Support and Marketing to build a full product lifecycle understanding.

You will engage in structured PM training covering strategy, discovery, market analysis, prioritisation and roadmapping, while researching customer needs and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or another relevant STEM or business-related discipline.
• Demonstrable interest in technology, products, business strategy or customer-focused problem solving.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research, evaluate and communicate information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, Business Development, Managed Services, Customer Support and Marketing.
• Develop understanding of how products are conceived, developed, delivered, sold, supported and evolved throughout their lifecycle.
• Complete structured Product Management training covering product strategy, discovery, market analysis, prioritisation, roadmapping, business cases and lifecycle management.
