Qualifications

• University degree of at least 2:1 in any subject.

• Work experience, especially in customer-facing roles, is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for student queries relating to software.
• Help test products before feature releases and report bugs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Help develop simple and effective software solutions.
• Client onboarding.
