Product Management Director - Employee Core Data Applications

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Product Management Director in our Employee Core Data Applications team, where you will have the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic environment. Your work will significantly impact the governance, cost, and quality of employee data, enhancing experiences across the firm.

As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of product managers overseeing applications and systems of record that house core employee data, including profiles, documents, and data quality management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with functional domain leads and technical stakeholders to promote measurable improvements aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Attract, manage, and develop a team of product managers.
  2. Partner with engineering, operations, and functional leadership to craft and execute roadmaps for agile scrum teams.
  3. Set and drive metrics via technology enhancements that are strategically relevant to JPMC.
  4. Lead organizational evolution toward product-focused outcomes rather than just launching features.
  5. Oversee product innovation processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve efficiency.
  6. Develop insightful reporting, focusing on drivers and understanding context to inform next steps.
  7. Demonstrate strong influence to achieve outcomes and motivate team members.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Extensive product leadership experience.
  2. Ability to articulate a compelling vision that attracts, excites, and retains excellent product managers.
  3. Set clear metrics and objectives for product managers to drive business value.
  4. Drive adoption of discovery-oriented product management practices.
  5. Experience in coaching and growing product managers.
  6. Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to identify opportunities.
  7. Partner effectively with engineering teams to foster empathy for end-users.
  8. Manage teams with a focus on understanding and influencing key metrics.
  9. Strong empathy and collaborative influence skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Experience with entitlements or governance systems.
  2. Experience with human capital management systems.
  3. Proven success in deploying or adopting AI capabilities.
