As a Product Management Director within the Employee Core Data Applications team, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of product managers. Your team will oversee applications and systems of record that house core employee data, including profiles, documents, and data quality management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with functional domain leads and technical stakeholders to promote measurable improvements and support the firm's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attract, manage, and develop a team of product managers.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and function leadership to craft and execute roadmaps for agile scrum teams.
  • Set and drive metrics via technology enhancements that are strategically relevant to JPMC.
  • Lead the organizational evolution toward Product, focusing on landing outcomes rather than launching features.
  • Oversee product innovation processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost efficiency.
  • Develop insightful reporting, focusing on drivers and understanding context to inform next steps.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to influence outcomes and get the best from people.
