Job Description:

Are you experienced in building IT Product, Transformation, and Technical portfolios within the MSP space? Do you have the ability to lead, define, and shape strategic outcomes? Can you build internal teams and platforms at a large, fast-growing MSP Solution Provider?

This role is ideal if you have proven experience in establishing Product Management, Internal System Leadership, and Stakeholder management. If you want to take ownership of Product and Portfolio at one of the best technology businesses globally, this is your opportunity. The company currently employs over 2,000 people and plans to double in size. The role involves ensuring internal teams, business areas, product, tech, and sales operate smoothly and that existing platforms and products are scalable to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO, and Business Change
• Establishing best-in-class product management frameworks, from development to execution
• Collaborating with engineering, architecture, and operational teams for seamless product rollouts and integration
• Defining and establishing the strategic direction of the Product Management discipline
• Managing a capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy
• Working closely with business leaders and technology teams to align the product roadmap
• Driving continuous improvements to ensure scalability and repeatability of product strategies
• Using a data-driven approach to decision making, feedback, and analysis
• Staying ahead of emerging trends and methodologies, bringing innovative ideas to the organization
• Enhancing customer and employee experience continually
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Empowering the team to innovate and influence change
• Creating development paths and training opportunities for team members

• This person must be a LEADER, leading by example
