Job summary

McBride is seeking a production data coordinator to manage SAP master data for components, BOMs, and routings. You will support procurement and production planning, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate across PLM, R&D, quality and production teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in production admin, strong SAP/MS Office skills, and good English with a willingness to learn other languages. This role focuses on data accuracy and timely reporting within a global FMCG framework.

Qualifications

• Master degree (BAC 2+/GCSE) in applied science (mathematics/IT/languages) or equivalent by experience in a similar function.
• Experience 1-2 years in the production administrative area.
• Good knowledge of English or willing to learn in short notice; knowledge of SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create/Change components in SAP to enable procurement of materials.
• Create/Change finished products in SAP to enable production planning.
• Keep master data of components and finished products up to date.
• Create/Change BOMs and routings for correct cost calculations.
• Support product launches in cooperation with PLM, R&D, quality and production.
• Update daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure department continuity.
