A leading MedTech company seeks a Product Lifecycle Management Consultant for a long-term remote contract in the UK. The role focuses on authoring UAT test cases for Windchill functionalities, and supporting product configuration management training. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant project spanning 8 to 24 months.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of German is a plus.

Job Description:

An employer is seeking a PLM Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity to sit remotely in the UK. This Consultant will join a leader in the MedTech industry to provide UAT support in Product Configuration Management (PCM). Responsibilities include authoring UAT test cases to verify functionality in Windchill and supporting the creation of PCM training materials and procedures. Working with Windchill is required, including functionalities such as PDMLink for parts, eBOM, mBOM, planning, design review, reporting, and product structure, as well as MPMLink for resources, process plans, and enterprise data. Additional functionalities include change management for PCM capabilities, such as change requests, notices, and tasks. The project will follow three phases: UAT, support for training material creation, and supporting the Afile e6 PLM to Windchill PCM capabilities. The duration is estimated to be between 8 and 24 months.

Qualifications:

• Experience in authoring UAT test cases for Windchill functionalities
• Proficiency with PTC Windchill, specifically PDMLink and MPMLink
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Xray is advantageous
• Language requirements: English (written and spoken); German is a plus
