About The Role

We’re expanding into a new vertical and looking for a product lead to drive our entry into the travel industry. You’ll be responsible for delivering the early strategy, validating product opportunities, and building from zero. This is a foundational role in a brand-new area for Swap, with huge potential across B2B, B2C and platform use cases.

You’ll work across product, engineering, partnerships, and commercial teams to explore how Swap’s infrastructure can unlock value for travel platforms, merchants, and partners; from pricing and tax to FX, refund logic, and shopper experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Swap’s product thinking in the travel space, from early research through to product launch
  • Work closely with early partners to validate use cases and define first product areas
  • Identify opportunities to apply Swap’s core platform (TLC, tax, FX, etc.) to travel commerce
  • Define the roadmap, scope MVPs, and shape early metrics for success
  • Own early cross-functional planning across engineering, partnerships, and operations
  • Work across both B2B and platform models, from mid-size travel players to large-scale marketplaces
  • Develop a clear point of view on what great looks like, and bring it to life with a small initial team
  • Leverage AI-First thinking to drive value in this new space

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in product, with experience in travel industry.
  • Strong product strategy and execution skills, you've led zero-to-one initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder types (partners, platforms, internal teams)
  • Curious, commercial, and pragmatic, knows how to ship value without overbuilding
  • Bonus: experience working with tax, FX, refunds, bookings, or compliance logic
