A leading home improvement company in Southampton is seeking a Product Lead for small Kitchen Appliances to develop innovation in their Own Exclusive Brand (OEB). The role involves project management of OEB products, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging customer insights to drive product development. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial insights and new product development, with a commitment to improving customer experience.
