Job summary

A fast-growing motorcycle and adrenaline lifestyle brand is seeking a commercially minded junior buyer / product manager to own the product end-to-end, covering development, buying, range planning, supplier management, sourcing, costing and negotiation, critical path management, and delivery. You'll work closely with the founders to shape the next growth stage and have genuine influence.

Candidates should have at least two years' experience at junior buyer, buying, sourcing or product management

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at junior buyer, buying, sourcing or product management level.
• Experience in fast-paced fashion or digitally led retail is preferred.
• Commercially aware, creatively ambitious, highly organised and confident managing suppliers and the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end: development, buying and range planning.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, costing and negotiation.
• Oversee critical path, quality control and on-time delivery.
• Analyse performance, maximise best sellers and optimise slower lines.
• Collaborate with founders to shape product strategy and growth.
