We’re hiring an Insurance Product Lead to develop and lead our insurance strategy. This is a unique opportunity to define how insurance integrates into our ecosystem, guide its go-to-market approach, and create products that are transparent, accessible, and valuable for UK consumers.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the insurance offering—covering product, distribution, partnerships, and compliance.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for impactful insurance products.
• Build the commercial and operational framework for the insurance business, from concept through to scale.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, tech, marketing, risk, compliance, and finance.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with underwriters, brokers, and technology vendors.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate the performance and customer impact of insurance products.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on insurance strategy, advising senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing insurance team.

• Experience with digital-first or embedded insurance models is a major plus.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or regulated financial services is advantageous.
