Job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Lead that wants to build technology to service our most important challenges in healthcare. We are looking for someone that is obsessed over the experience of our partners, patients and clinicians. This role is best for someone who comes from industries that have to handle scaling regulated products and services. Working in healthcare is not a prerequisite, but you will have to be willing to learn fast and apply your knowledge. Prior experience in healthcare will be an advantage.

At Suvera, we are more than job titles - we are the architects of our future. Ultimately, the best person for this role enjoys the opportunity to make technology work in care delivery, today, every day. You should be hands-on, close to customers, pushing the boundaries of what we build, while always delivering on the job to be done for all our stakeholders.

This role will oversee 3 products across our 3 stakeholders, across two platform teams. We can’t wait to hear from you!

This position reports to the CEO and offers a salary of £80k - £100k, depending on experience and qualifications (excluding equity package).

About Suvera:

Suvera is transforming healthcare with a mission to keep people in good health, wherever they are. Partnering with UK general practices, we deliver a virtual clinic that supports patients with long-term conditions. Currently, we manage over 100,000 patients. Our ambitions are global, and we’re just getting started.

Our advisors include luminaries like Professor Bryan Williams, a leader in high blood pressure research and guidelines in the UK. We are a diverse team of about 60 people, including clinicians, care advisors, and experts across various disciplines.

We are backed by Google for Startups and Morningside Ventures, Suvera is poised to become a global leader in healthcare.

What you'll be doing:

On your best days, you’ll be translating clinical complexity into clear, intuitive digital experiences - shaping a roadmap that truly moves the needle for patients and clinicians alike. You’ll be energized by the momentum, alignment, and purposeful progress.

On your toughest days, you might find yourself wrestling with competing priorities and capacity constraints, but that challenge will fuel you and the mission ahead will feel nothing short of ambitious. You will see and feel the impact of all your hard work and most of all, you’ll be part of a team that supports one another and takes their work, but not themselves, seriously.

Join us on a mission to keep people in good health - no matter where they are in the world.

As Product Lead, you will:

Own the product roadmap

  • Take full ownership of the product roadmap - aligning business, clinical and user needs into one coherent, but flexible, plan.
  • Possess the ownership mentality to drive product discovery, development, launch and distribution.

Enable engineering, data and design

  • Drive product feature prioritization across teams with a strategic mindset and calm confidence, balancing being bold with the doable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Care and Operations to ship high-quality features.
  • Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the success of product components and the hypotheses you need to prove along the way.

Understand our customers better than anyone

  • Translate clinical complexity into simple products that clinicians trust and our patients love.
  • Turn real-world problems into meaningful and impactful features, you’ll bring insights across the healthcare landscape to shape Suvera’s future.
  • Constantly refine what ‘better’ means, using data, insights and a good dose of instinct.

Empower and inspire

  • Champion our users - patients, clinicians and internal teams and make sure they’re always heard.
  • Ensure we’re always building the right thing, at the right time, in the right way.
We're looking for someone who:

Should have:

  • This might be a step up from your current role, but you have built a deep industry expertise in a regulated industry like banking, insurance and defense.
  • Have worked at a tech start-up or scale-up, ideally in a high-growth phase. You understand the importance of pace, achieving stretch goals and rolling up your sleeves to build scalable solutions.
  • The ability to clearly identify, articulate and prioritize the strategic and tactical value of your vision and roadmap.
  • Superlative analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate requirements at different levels.
  • Excited by the opportunity of in-office collaboration at least once a week - we are remote-first but team-focused.
  • Can confidently challenge ideas, back decisions with insight and drive clarity.
  • Are endlessly curious, wildly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • You bring structure to the team without layers of complex processes.
  • You bring big creative energy and know how to ship it.
  • It’s not just a role, it's personal. You’re excited about healthcare and making a real-world impact.

Nice to haves:

  • Someone who also has experience in healthcare and specifically digital health.
  • Experience in other regulated environments.
About our culture:

For Suvera, company culture is not an afterthought - it is a priority. Our diverse team helps us ensure we consider everyone’s experience of accessing healthcare when building our product. We prioritize inclusion, wellness, and flexibility. We have a remote-first approach, and a non-hierarchical culture, we enable our team to thrive. Our async communication style ensures efficient workflows, and our policies support autonomy and work-life balance.

Team: A diverse, remote-first collaborative environment with strong clinical leadership and a supportive team culture that values community-building and regular socials.
