Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Product Lead – AI Estate to own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the platform that acts as the system of record for the airline's AI estate. You will shape how AI tools and agents are discovered, governed, and used across the business.

You'll collaborate across Digital Safety, Legal, HR, Engineering, and the AI Programme to deliver trusted, measurable value, building experiences that help colleagues discover, understand, and adopt AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product leadership or ownership roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI tooling and agent landscape.
• Expertise in user research and customer-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI estate visibility and governance.
• Build intuitive experiences to discover, understand, and trust AI solutions.
• Own and prioritize a value-driven product backlog with governance workflows.
• Collaborate with AI programme teams, tool owners, and engineering across the business.
• Translate governance requirements into clear product experiences and indicators.
