Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in Leeds seeks an experienced Product Team Leader to drive delivery of business-critical digital solutions and shape the future of software development. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers and workflow specialists, balancing priorities with quality and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software or application delivery.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role.
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading technical teams delivering IT solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
• Passion for coaching others and driving organisational change through AI and modern delivery practices.

Are you an experienced software delivery leader with a passion for Agile, AI and high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Product Team Leader to drive the delivery of business-critical applications while shaping the future of software development through innovation and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers and workflow specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of customer-focused digital solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps and security teams, you’ll balance delivery priorities, quality standards and business outcomes.
